I finally went to see the chiro today with my back. He touched my back, I yowled, he ran and got something that looked like a tuning fork and put it to my spine. No pain from that so his official diagnosis was “You jammed it up pretty good”. Stretched. popped and electrically stimulated. I believe he told me it would hurt, it does. Hopefully it will get better now. Running is dangerous work.

He asked me if I swam…..nope.

He asked me if I biked….don’t own one.

He thinks I am a walking disaster. Two out of three doctors would agree.

He’s a triathlete who trains other triathletes. I don’t think he sees me as a possible team candidate. He’s probably right.

Running by Monday, that’s the plan anyway.

blech

I don’t feel good…..I could get up and do stuff BUT it’s yard work day so I am milking this cold for all it’s worth (I’m so bad). I get sick maybe once a year. Right now my nose is just kinda stuffy and I have a little cough but every time hubby walks in the room I lapse into a shivering. coughing snot monster. Wonder how long I can get away with it?

(I actually did feel that horrible last night and earlier this morning.) It’s nice to be waited on for a change.

Once again, the Mystery Men have destroyed the psychodefragulator saving Champion City from the clutches of the madman Casanova Frankenstein!
Second favorite movie. Seen it at least 30 times, never get tired of it.
First favorite? Galaxy Quest, hands down.

Tonight was our high school graduation. I go to help and watch the kids but tonight I saw very little. First part was spent with a girl who got overheated. Finally got her out to her seat. Second half was spent sitting in the hall with a pregnant students head in my lap. She got nauseous, panicked and hyperventilated. Poor thing. And I just need to throw in here that the medics (the woman said she was a paramedic but I don’t believe it for one minute) at the ASU Wells Fargo Arena SUCK! Their answer to everything was wet towels on the neck. I was the one asking all the questions and tending to the girls. Anyway, home and exhausted and another 577 seniors on their way into the world.
